OnePlus is preparing what could be one of its most aggressive flagship upgrades yet. The OnePlus 16 is already generating attention thanks to a combination of a 165Hz display, a huge 9,000mAh battery and Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset.

The phone has been officially confirmed to be in development, with OnePlus revealing that it will feature a 165Hz screen and new gaming-focused technologies. Most of the remaining specifications, however, are still based on leaks and reports.

A 165Hz Display That Could Be More Useful

The display could be one of the OnePlus 16’s biggest upgrades.
