Oppo F35 5g launched in India with 8,000mAh battery
OPPO F35 5G
OPPO has launched the OPPO F35 5G in India as part of its latest F-series lineup, bringing a combination of a large battery, AMOLED display and a 50MP ultra-wide selfie camera. The new smartphone is positioned around photography, durability and long-term everyday performance.
The OPPO F35 5G starts at ₹38,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. An 8GB RAM and 128GB version is priced at ₹42,999. The phone will be available in India from October 11 through OPPO’s online store, Flipkart, Amazon and offline retail channels.
But the biggest talking point is not just the camera. OPPO has equipped the F35 5G with an 8,000mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC charging, making it one of the more battery-focused phones in its segment.
OPPO F35 5G Price and Availability
The OPPO F35 5G is available in two configurations:
- 6GB + 128GB: ₹38,999
- 8GB + 128GB: ₹42,999
The available colours are Wave Blue, Titanium Grey and Mist Pink. The phone is scheduled to go on sale from October 11, 2026, across OPPO’s India e-store, Flipkart, Amazon and offline stores.
120Hz AMOLED Display
The F35 5G features a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2372 × 1080 pixels. It supports an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, which should make scrolling, animations and supported games feel smoother.
The panel supports 10-bit colour depth and can display up to 1.07 billion colours. OPPO lists typical brightness at 800 nits, with HBM brightness reaching 1,400 nits. The display also has a claimed 92.8% screen-to-body ratio and a maximum touch sampling rate of 240Hz.
The phone also uses a slim-bezel design, with OPPO claiming a narrowest bezel measurement of 1.67mm.
50MP Ultra-Wide Selfie Camera
One of the main highlights of the OPPO F35 5G is its 50MP front camera. The camera has a 100-degree field of view and autofocus, giving it a clear focus on group selfies and wider shots.
The front camera supports 0.6x, 1x and 2x framing, allowing users to switch between a wider group view and a closer portrait-style composition. OPPO calls this its 50MP Ultra-Wide Natural Selfie Camera.
For rear photography, the phone has a 50MP primary camera alongside a 2MP monochrome camera. The main sensor has autofocus and an f/1.9 aperture.
Camera features include Portrait Mode, AI Night Mode, Natural Tone, AI Portrait Retouching, AI Popout and AI Portrait Glow. The phone also supports dual-view video recording.
Video recording can reach 2.5K at 30fps on both the front and rear cameras through an OTA update, according to OPPO’s specifications. Rear video also supports 1080p recording at up to 60fps.

Dimensity 6360 MAX Performance
The OPPO F35 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 MAX chipset. It uses an 8-core CPU and an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
The phone comes with either 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. A storage card is also supported, giving users an option to expand storage beyond the built-in capacity.
OPPO has also added AI GameBoost 3.0 and a 4,300mm² SuperCool VC system. The company says the cooling system is designed to help control heat during longer gaming and demanding usage sessions.
For connectivity, the phone supports 5G, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.4. It also includes dual-channel network acceleration and OPPO’s AI LinkBoost 4.0 technology for improved connectivity in challenging network conditions.
8,000mAh Battery With 80W Charging
The battery could be one of the biggest reasons to consider the OPPO F35 5G.
It packs an 8,000mAh typical-capacity battery, with a rated capacity of 7,820mAh. Charging is handled by 80W SUPERVOOC, while the phone also supports reverse wired charging.
OPPO claims the battery can retain more than 80% of its capacity after six years under its laboratory simulation. The company also advertises up to 38 days of standby time under its test conditions. These figures are laboratory results, so real-world battery life will vary depending on usage and network conditions.
The 80W charging system is designed for quick top-ups. OPPO says the phone can reach 19% from 1% in 10 minutes and 45% in 30 minutes under its stated testing conditions.
Durable Design and IP69K Protection
The OPPO F35 5G isn’t only focused on battery life and cameras. It also comes with a strong durability package.
The phone carries IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings under controlled laboratory testing. OPPO also lists military-grade shock resistance for additional protection against accidental drops and everyday impacts.
The phone measures about 15.91cm in height, 7.58cm in width and 0.88cm in thickness, while weighing approximately 205 grams.
The rear design uses a wave-inspired 3D texture, with Wave Blue, Titanium Grey and Mist Pink colour options.
ColorOS 16 and Long-Term Software Focus
The OPPO F35 5G runs ColorOS 16, based on Android. OPPO has added its Adaptive Scheduling Architecture and Extended Use Care 2.0 to improve resource management and maintain performance over longer periods.
OPPO’s six-year smoothness claim also deserves some context. According to the company’s own specifications, the 6-Year Smoothness Protection applies to the 256GB version and above, while the 128GB version offers up to five years of smooth performance. Since the Indian F35 5G configurations listed here top out at 128GB, buyers should not interpret the general six-year headline as a six-year guarantee for these variants.

Should You Buy the OPPO F35 5G?
The OPPO F35 5G is clearly aimed at users who want long battery life, strong selfie capabilities and durability rather than simply chasing maximum processing power.
Its 50MP ultra-wide autofocus selfie camera is particularly interesting for people who frequently take group selfies or create social media content. The 120Hz AMOLED display also gives the phone a more premium experience, while the 8,000mAh battery and 80W charging combination should appeal to heavy users.
The main question is whether the Dimensity 6360 MAX and the ₹38,999 starting price make sense compared with competing smartphones in the same segment. Buyers should also remember that the standard F35 5G has only 128GB of listed internal storage in India.
Overall, the OPPO F35 5G is a battery-and-camera-focused smartphone with a strong durability package. Its 8,000mAh battery, 50MP ultra-wide selfie camera, 120Hz AMOLED display and IP69K protection make it a notable addition to OPPO’s F-series lineup.
